Circle meetings are held for an hour a week and run for ten weeks, with a combination of education and support.  The meetings are no more than eight to ten Moms with children in similar age groups or circumstances. Children not yet walking are welcome to attend with you.

There is no risk of coming and checking us out, because the first meeting is free.  After that, it is $15 per meeting and you only pay for the ones you attend.

Right now, Circles are forming for new moms (anyone with a child or children preschool or younger) with topics including:

The Birth of a Mom: Who am I now?

Taking care of ME

Connecting with my child

Staying connected with my spouse/partner

Preserving intimacy and romance

and more…..
